Wilson developed SME and retail banking scorecards for a major commercial bank in Jakarta, Indonesia tailored to the bank's target customer segments at the middle and small end of the market.  The scorecard was supported by initial testing and calibration, user notes, scorecard maintenance guidance notes and how to incorporate it into the lending decision process.  Training was provided to scorecard users and to scorecard owners.

He was also responsible for creating the principal risk management tools related to development and installation of credit risk scorecards to estimate loan applicant’s probability of default (PD) and to assign transaction level lending limits and pricing recommendations. Further he also recommended changes to the client’s current policies, processes, and organizational structure to successfully install the scorecards.
