Peter Tsang

Peter Tsang, a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers having worked in the assurance division of Hong Kong/China offices since 1997.

He specialises in consumer and industrial products with extensive experience in serving clients engaged in businesses of automotive and aviation.

Peter had been in charge of large-scale cross-border initial public offerings (“IPO”) with operations in China and US.

He is also experienced in capital market transactions involved in group restructurings. Besides devoting his efforts to China enterprises, he serves a number of multinational clients based in US, Europe and Japan.

Peter holds fellow memberships with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("HKICPA").
