Damon Hickey
Chief Operating Officer, PwC China
Damon Hickey is the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Management Board of PwC China. He oversees wider operational management of the firm, with a particular focus on strategic transformation initiatives, optimising firmwide execution, overseeing delivery center operations and managing the firms back-office support functions. Damon also has overall management responsibility for the firm’s technology teams and their strategic execution.
Damon represents the China firm and the wider region in several Network focused leadership teams. Most notably the Network Operations Leadership team providing oversight for PwC’s operational affairs globally, and the Network Technology Steering Committee overseeing technology and security affairs for the PwC Network. Damon also serves on the Executive team of the Asia Pacific collaboration as the regions Alignment Leader, which encompasses a role in the Investment Management Office overseeing the appropriation of investment funding for the region.
