Collin Xiong

Collin Xiong has 14 years’ experience in China Tax and Business Advisory services, leading different teams to provide various services to clients, mainly including group restructuring, business model planning, M&A, IPO, defense of tax audit, tax compliance and etc.

Collin was on secondment in PwC US from 2010 to 2012  and worked as Chinese Business Department Manager, providing tax and business advisory services to large institutions and enterprises in the region.

Collin has abundant experiences in real estate industry, financial industry and technology industry. He has served various clients, from the Fortune Global 500, to large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.

Collin is qualified as China Certified Tax Advisor.
