Andrew Li is in charge of our Transaction Services practice in Central China and also our Advisory Services leader in Central China. He graduated from the Shanghai International Studies University and the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1994 and joined PwC in 1995. Andrew has worked in the Transaction Services group of our London Office.
Andrew has extensive experience of advising multinational companies and private equity firms in relation to their investments in China. He also advises on transactions, including outbound investments to both state-owned and private enterprises. Andrew is one of the key partners in our domestic market practice. He has been involved in nearly 200 transaction deals over the last 10 years. Earlier in his career, he worked on assurance services projects for listed Chinese companies and assisted in the IPOs of Chinese state-owned enterprises on both the Hong Kong and Shanghai stock exchanges.
Andrew is particularly experienced in the M&A field, he has been invited and given numerous lectures at related courses and executive programs at top universities. He delivered a M&A training programme to senior executives from various representative state-owned enterprises under the SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council).
Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and obtained CSRC CPA qualification in 1999.
