Yan Yeung is a Partner of PwC Hong Kong’s corporate tax practice with over 20 years of experience. Yan serves a large number of domestic and multinational clients, including clients specialising in manufacturing, trading, property development, technology, media and telecommunications.
Yan has taken part in providing Hong Kong corporate tax compliance and advisory services, including regional corporate structuring, merger and acquisition, tax due diligence, tax investigation and tax accounting. She services both local and regional clients, who range from the small to the major MNCs. She has acted as general regional tax coordinator for a number of these, and as regional coordinator for major due diligences. She has also taken up a leading role to drive digital transformation and enhance service delivery model for Hong Kong tax compliance services.
Yan frequently serves as a speaker for tax seminars organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors and Accounting Development Foundation.
Yan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Hong Kong. She is a Council Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a Chartered Tax Advisor and a member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.
