Xing Zhou has 26 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry. She leads efforts in providing various professional services, including strategic positioning, financial governance, performance enhancement, and IPO audits, to all types of financial enterprises, including insurance companies, asset management companies, and banks. 

Xing Zhou has been frequently engaged as financial industry expert by the Ministry of Finance and financial industry regulators to advise on the deliberation and formulation of their financial and internal control policies, and has often been engaged by regulators to lead and participate in researches and inspections of financial institutions and insurance companies. She also frequently provides training to and shares her knowledge with regulators and financial institutions. 

As PwC China Diversity Leader, Xing Zhou leads the efforts to ensure PwC stays current with the latest thought leadership and effectively engages different clients and cultures, including acting as the course supervisor in leadership training and knowledge sharing programs for PwC managers and senior manager for the past five years. She focuses on creating a diversified and inclusive environment in PwC China and Hong Kong, and promoting innovation, people engagement and corporate culture within PwC.

Xing Zhou is "Beijing Woman Pace-setter", awarded by the Beijing Municipal Government; the Council Member of Insurance Asset Management Association of China. She holds a master’s degree in money and banking from PBOC Graduate School at Tsinghua University (1994), has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Renmin University of China (1992), and is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
