Vivian Huo

Vivian has total of 18 years of in-house IA management and “Big 4” management consulting experience in the United States and China, specialising in internal audit, compliance, business/IT integration, risk management, internal control and corporate governance. Her focus at PwC has been working closely with organisation’s senior executives in optimising contractual relationship through development and implementation of contract and compliance programs, leading and overseeing global engagements for fortune 500 companies covering their Greater China and Asia Pacific operations, joint ventures, channel partners/suppliers and end-users.

When joining PwC China in 2012, Vivian brought over 12 years of in-depth and solid track record on internal audit and enterprise risk management she had from one of the US leading financial investment institutions with highly automated and complex technology environments. Her work and clients have taken her across various industries including financial institutions, pharmaceutical, automobile, manufacturing, technology, not for profit organisations, and media and gaming etc.

Vivian is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and holds an MBA with dual major in Finance & MIS from Drexel University Bennett S. LeBow College of Business in the U.S.
