Sam Sze is the Head of Deals and a member of the Management Board of PwC China. He is focused on integrating our Valuations, Transaction Services & Delivery Deals Value, Business Recovery & Lead Advisory, and Forensics businesses into a cohesive and highly impactful platform of capabilities in service of PwC’s clients needs. He is a visionary leader committed to helping clients achieve their objectives by providing innovative, tailored solutions that address the full lifecycle of deals—from strategy and structuring to execution and integration.
Previously, Sam served as the China South Advisory Leader for PwC China, where he led teams across our Deals business in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. Sam also led our Valuations business nationally for PwC China. With over 30 years of experience, Sam brings a wealth of expertise in providing strategic business advisory and assurance services to both global and local clients, particularly in the private equity space. He also has extensive expertise in capital markets and IPO space, having successfully led several large-scale Hong Kong and US IPO engagements.
His deep expertise covering deals and assurance business enables him to navigate complex capital market environments with clarity and precision. This steadfast approach has earned him the trust of his clients, who rely on him and his team as a valued advisors in pursuing transformative growth opportunities.
