Rebecca is a China tax partner of PwC China. She has been working in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen for more than seventeen years in aggregate and is knowledgeable in advising cross-border tax and business matters. She is one of the key members in China Tax Controversy Services Team.
Rebecca is familiar with China tax, foreign exchange and business regulatory issues and has extensive experiences in providing practical solutions to deal with dynamic business issues. Her expertise includes advices on tax effective structure for inbound investments in China and outbound investments to overseas; tax compliance assistance; tax due diligence review; IPO and restructuring advices; application of tax incentives; resolving tax disputes; repatriation of funds, etc. Her clients include multinational corporations and domestic companies in TMT, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and retail industries, etc.
Rebecca is a guest speaker in many public events and has participated in various policy draft discussions and writing technical papers in journals. She is the South China Founding Committee Member of CPA Australia; taxation sub-committee member of ACCA Hong Kong; China tax sub-committee member of Taxation Institute of Hong Kong; China tax sub-committee member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
