Rebecca is the Shenzhen Tax Leader of PwC China. With over 25 years of experience in tax consulting, she possesses extensive expertise in providing cross-border tax and business consulting services.
Rebecca is familiar with China tax, business regulatory and foreign exchange regulations. She specialises in establishing tax-efficient equity structures and supply chain models for companies; handling tax and foreign exchange compliance reporting; providing tax due diligence; tax planning for company listings and mergers and acquisitions; assisting with tax incentive applications; and resolving tax disputes.
Rebecca has established long-term and close relationships with government agencies and has participated in the drafting and technical discussions of tax policies on numerous occasions. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of its Hong Kong Chapter Committee; a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and a member of its Mainland Tax Subcommittee; a Fellow of CPA Australia and former Vice President of its South China Region; and a committee member of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong (HKCCGD). Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and a Master of Business Administration degree from CEIBS (China Europe International Business School).
