Ali Tse

With over two decades of experience, Ali is a distinguished advisor on international tax and transfer pricing, serving clients across China and the Asia Pacific region. Her extensive expertise lies in helping clients maximise value and manage risks throughout their value chains, navigate business restructurings, and oversee the comprehensive pre-deal to post-deal M&A process.

Ali is recognised for her leadership in delivering centralised group-wide and regional transfer pricing structuring, advisory, and compliance projects for major multinational corporations. Her advisory services cover a broad spectrum of transactions, including service arrangements, financing structures, and dealings with intangibles. Ali's diverse clientele spans various industry sectors, with a specialised focus on financial institutions.

Ali is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. She is recognised for her contributions to transfer pricing education, delivering recurrent technical training to tax authorities in the region. She is a regular guest speaker at the OECD-STA Multilateral Tax Centre and provides training at the Wuxi Taxation Institute of China's State Taxation Administration. Ali has actively contributed to the field through her authored articles and chapter submissions in international tax and transfer pricing publications and databases. Moreover, she has played a key role in advising industry associations during consultations with the Hong Kong SAR Government.
