Businesses have the opportunity to harness the power of Social Media to grow and increase revenues by targeting and embracing these new channels. Social Media brings its own challenges but having a sound and practical strategy which is easy to understand will ensure risks are managed and benefits realised.
With that in mind, we have invited PwC's Social Media Risk and Governance Leader, Phil Mennie to share his insights with clients on 26 February 2016. His expertise stems from his experience using web technology to better manage financial and operational data.
