Based on our past experience in the reform of state-owned enterprise (SOE) ownership, we mainly assist our clients in solving the following three key issues:
- Help customers identify the strategic positioning of the mixed-ownership companies in the Group's future business portfolio and clarify the purpose of the mixed ownership reform. On the one hand, state-owned capital gradually exits the business while maintaining value and increasing value through mixed reform. On the other hand, choosing strategic investors with business synergy through mixed reform to enhance the competitiveness of the business, setting the general direction for future reforms with different positionings.
- Help the newly-reformed enterprises to build a new governance structure to meet the management requirements of SOE shareholders and external strategic investors, and clarify the scope of management responsibilities of each role to ensure that the reform will not bring extensive challenges to the existing management processes of the enterprise.
- Assist the company to design employee or management shareholding plan after the mixed reform, help the enterprise to realise the institutional mechanism innovation, bundle the economic benefits such as individual labour income, return on equity and other economic profits as well as long-term interests and overall profit of the enterprise.
