PwC has been appointed by China’s Elite Global Group as its exclusive financial advisor for the development of its Nickelodeon Themed Attraction project in Foshan

Hong Kong, 4 Dec 2017  - PwC Hong Kong (PwC) announced today that China-based Elite Global Group (EGG) has engaged PwC as its exclusive financial advisor to provide the financial and commercial advisory services in relation to the fundraising for the Nickelodeon Themed Attraction (the Project) in Foshan, China. 

“Nickelodeon Themed Attraction” will be a world class theme park, providing all weather amusement, culture and a variety of activities. Strategically situated at Sanshui district in Foshan, the Project will include the development of a Nickelodeon themed park, water park, three hotels, shopping malls, and residential properties with a total site area of 300 hectares and unlocking over RMB 17 billion of investment.  Groundbreaking was held on 4 January this year and the Park is anticipated to open between 2020 and 2021.

As one of the strategic cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, Foshan has a population of over 7 million, including residents and visitors, and will further draw a broader reach of 500 million.  The Project is adjacent to the Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions, with a travelling time of less than 2 hours.
