Anita Tsang is an Associate Director at PwC Hong Kong. She focuses on providing in-house tax technical support and training at PwC Hong Kong as well as producing the firm’s tax publications. Ricky Chow is a senior manager in the Corporate Tax group of PwC Hong Kong. He has more than ten years of experience in providing Hong Kong and international tax consulting services and assisting companies with cross-border transactions on tax planning and tax structuring. He is also involved in many business advisory projects including the set up of tax efficient corporate holding and operational structure.
Ricky holds his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Professional Accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Besides, he is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.
Vicky Wong is a Senior Manager of Hong Kong Tax Controversy Services at PwC Hong Kong. She has over ten years of experience in Hong Kong taxation. Before joining PwC in June 2017, Vicky was an Assessor in the Field Audit and Investigation Unit of IRD. She has come across a wide variety of clients including listed companies, MNCs engaged in trading or provision of services and SMEs. Vicky has ample experiences in resolving complicated tax controversies, for instance, source of profits disputes, contracting processing and import processing arrangements, transfer pricing issues and numerous inquiries of technical arguments. Vicky has experience in handling judicial review case, board of review hearing and raid exercise of the IRD.
Vicky graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also holds a law degree with the University of London.
Peter Nestor-Sherman is a Senior Manager in the PwC Hong Kong Financial Services Tax team with 12 years of international tax experience working both in the UK and more recently in Hong Kong.
At PwC, Peter provides Hong Kong tax consulting and tax compliance services to a wide range of multinational groups within the financial services sector.
Prior to working for PwC, Peter worked for 6 years in the in-house tax function of a US investment bank where he provided tax compliance and advisory support to the businesses in Europe and Asia.
Peter is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales and has a Master’s in European Law from the Université de Rennes I and a LLB from the University of Exeter.

Ivan Lam is a senior manager in Tax Services at PwC Hong Kong. He has over 10 years of experience in tax and regulatory consulting services. As a very experienced tax expert, Ivan specialises in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax healthcheck and financial planning for China investment. He has been involved in numerous restructuring projects for different industries ranging from private equity funds, consumer products, beverage manufacturing, properties development and pharmaceuticals.
Ivan has also been heavily involved in a number of projects in connection to AML controls over tax evasion, which covers conducting tax risk assessment for different customer profiles, recommending mitigation measures and conducting tax trainings. He has rich experience in the development and implementation of CRS for banking groups and was the lead tax manager of CRS implementation projects for a number of banking groups in Hong Kong.
