SiuFung is a partner in our consulting practice and leads our industrial products and services vertical market team and deals strategy team in China and Hong Kong. He has over 20 years of management consulting and business line management experience in China, covering industrial products, engineering & construction, real estate, energy, utilities, mining, auto, transportation & logistics, technology, retail & consumer, and private equity.
SiuFung has extensive experience advising senior executives from multinational corporations and local Chinese firms on a wide range of strategic and operational issues, particularly in market entry (both China and international markets), growth strategy, sales & marketing transformation, profit and performance improvement, business restructuring, investment advisory and M&A support. In particular, he has proven track records in delivering measurable values to relationship clients on multi-year transformation programs, for which he distilled the key learnings in the Chinese book published under the title of “The Strategy and Tactics of Pricing: A Guide to Growing More Profitably”.
Prior to joining PwC, SiuFung was an experienced partner at an international strategy consulting firm as its co-leader of China consulting practice. Before that, he also had 6 years of business line management experience in 3 technology firms.
A native Chinese born and raised in China, SiuFung received his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and his BS in Computer and Information Sciences from the National University of Singapore under scholarships.
