Rob is focused on International Private Client tax and wealth preservation. He also regularly advises on the tax implications of cross-border movement of people, employee stock ownership schemes and deferred compensation arrangements. He has significant experience helping clients manage their expatriate tax and mobility programs. He works closely with his clients to help them develop creative solutions to manage their overall tax exposure.
Rob is a partner based in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Hong Kong office. He has over 29 years of experience as a tax professional. Since relocating to Hong Kong in 1993, he has been advising high net worth, individuals, senior executives, entrepreneurs, and their companies on complex US and Hong Kong tax issues.
Rob’s clients come from a broad range of industries, including: financial institutions and asset management, law firms, manufacturing, energy production, consumer products and marketing.
Rob is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley; a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Chambers of Commerce in Hong Kong and China.
