Rick Barto is a Partner in PwC's Advisory Insurance Practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, information management, operations improvement, distribution optimisation and strategic delivery roles.
Rick's insurance experience is focused on insurance carriers, primarily across life/wealth management, commercial and personal P&C lines. Over his career, he has worked with clients to transform strategic aspects of their operating environments - for example, modernising customer experience through integrated business intelligence and channel integration, evaluating new business models to address unmet needs in the market, improving efficiency through core platform redesign, and accelerating organisational adoption of change through the use of broad change management disciplines.
Prior to joining PwC, Rick spent twelve years at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (which was acquired by PwC in 2010).
