Kelvin Lee is the Leader of Tax & Business Consulting department of Tianjin office of PwC China member firm of the PwC network and has overseen the Tianjin market since 2008. He started his China, Hong Kong and international tax and business consulting career with PwC Hong Kong office. Before moving to Tianjin, he previously served in PwC China firm's offices in Beijing, Guangzhou and Hong Kong.
Kelvin is experienced in advising on cross-border tax planning to mitigate taxes for over 20 years. Kelvin also has broad experience in other Chinese taxes and business advisory areas. He currently serves a number of multinational and Chinese domestic enterprises in a wide variety of industries, including offshore oil projects, clean energy projects, real estate and architecture services, manufacturing, high-tech and e-commerce. On daily basis, he also works closely with Chinese authorities in tax, finance, foreign exchange and commerce bureaux at both national and Tianjin level.
Kelvin is a fellow member of UK Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Master’s Degree of Business School of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy of University of Hong Kong Polytechnics.
