James Dilley is an Associate Director in PwC's financial services deals business and provides diligence, valuation and other transaction advisory services to clients. He spends much of his time advising sellers or investors in transactions involving distressed on non performing loans (NPLs), portfolios and financial assets. This includes helping clients understand the adequacy of loan loss provisioning, future expected lifetime credit losses and how this should be considered in deal pricing.
James relocated to Asia in mid 2014 and before that spent 7 years at PwC in the UK. During his time in this role he gained experience of working with clients assess credit risk (in a transaction context) across a range of European economies, including the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, France and Poland.
James is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the ICAEW.
