I am a partner at PwC China and Hong Kong's Consulting practice, responsible for driving all aspects of customer-related consulting services, including but not limited to: customer management target operating model design, in-depth design in customer segmentation, traditional and digital channel integration, marketing campaigns, sales force automation, service improvement, customer data management and CRM functional design.
I have extensive customer management, channel management, digital transformation, operation and IT management experiences. Prior to joining PwC in 2011, I had over 16 years of experience leading projects for Wall Street financial services firms.
