Senior Advisor, PwC Hong Kong
David is the Senior Adviser in PwC Hong Kong’s Tax practice. He has extensive experience on Hong Kong and global tax matters, and international merger and acquisition transactions. His expertise covers a broad range of industries and services, with a particular focus in banking and fund management (retail, hedge and private equity). Before his role as the Senior Adviser, he led the Financial Services Tax practice in the Middle East and North Africa region.
Prior to joining PwC, David headed up the Financial Services Tax practice in Hong Kong of another international accounting firm. In this role, he advised some of the world’s largest financial institutions on their domestic and international tax affairs and outbound investment structuring.
David is a member of CPA Australia, the Taxation Institute of Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
