Victor is a partner in our Transaction Services Group in Hong Kong and has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong for over 13 years. Victor has extensive M&A experience in Hong Kong and China, including financial due diligence, deal support and structuring advice to corporate and financial buyers.
Victor has been involved in over 100 transactions including domestic and cross-border acquisitions. These acquisitions are ranged in size from US$5 million to over US$1 billion in diverse industries such as consumer products, telecommunication, power, transportation, shipping and other manufacturing industry.
Prior to joining the Transaction Services Group, he spent 7 years in the business assurance practice in Hong Kong.
Victor is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. |
