Tony started his career as a tax consultant since 1987 and became a partner in 1998. He is the Tax Leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers Central China region. Tony has been working in different locations including Hong Kong, Sydney, Beijing and Shanghai. Tony has been involved in consultation in respect of the Hong Kong, mainland China, Australia and U.S. tax systems in a truly international taxation environment.
Tony has been involved in assisting the establishment of numerous investment projects and business presence in China for major multinational companies. His experience includes tax and business advice on setting up of all forms of businesses (e.g. joint ventures, wholly foreign owned enterprises, Chinese holding companies, trading companies, etc.), corporate restructuring for initial public offerings, and many others.
Tony's experience covers a broad range of industries. He has assisted many foreign investors to establish business presence in restricted industries.
Tony is a fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
