Timothy is a member of our Services team in Tax practice of the Hong Kong firm. He has more than 19 years of experience in Hong Kong taxation including profits tax, stamp duty and estate duty. He has extensive experience in advising clients in property investment and development, hotel, transportation, logistic and shipping industries.
Prior to joining the Hong Kong firm, Timothy worked with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department which he gained concrete experience and developed a powerful network of contacts in both Hong Kong and the PRC.
In addition to providing Hong Kong profits services, Timothy also advises clients on pre-listing reorganisation, tax implications on cross-border transactions in Asia, family trust arrangement and asset protection structure. He also has extensive experience in representing clients in tax investigation and field audit assignments.
