Tim Lui Tim-Leung is a tax partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong and a Deputy of National People's Congress, People Republic of China. In February 2008, Mr Lui was appointed as an Advisor to the Ministry of Finance Accounting Standards Committee. He was President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1997 and chaired its Taxation Committee for over 10 years. Tim was also a member of the Advisory Committee on New Broad Based Taxes, the Joint Liaison Committee on Taxation and the Inland Revenue Department's Users Committee.
Tim Lui is active in public services. Currently, he is a member of the University Grants Committee and the Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service as well as President of the Hong Kong Professionals Advancement Association. Tim also served as a member of the Independent Commission on Remuneration for Members of the Executive Council and the Legislature of the HKSAR.
