Theresa is a partner in International Assignment Solutions with many years of experience in expatriate taxation. She specializes in Hong Kong and US tax matters for expatriates working in Hong Kong and China. In addition to overseeing the delivery of regular individual tax compliance services to multinational clients, Theresa is also involved in individual tax, compensation structuring, stock plan and retirement planning consultation. Theresa joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2002.
Theresa is a member of Mandatory Provident Fund ("MPF") Intermediaries and has extensive experience in consulting MPF related issued. She also advises on the design, implementation and the tax implication of various stock schemes for listed companies in Hong Kong and overseas.
In addition, Theresa is a member of the CPA (Australia) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
