Sherman Cheung is a partner in the Technology, Info-Communications and Entertainment practice of PwC. Sherman joined PwC when the Mainland China and Hong Kong practices of PwC combined with Andersen in July 2002.
Sherman has extensive experience in providing transaction services to direct investment companies and private equity funds. His experiences include due diligence, transaction support, spin-off advisory engagements and operational consulting projects. From an industry perspective, Sherman is specialised in the media and technology sectors in which he serves a wide range of local and regional players.
Sherman was born and raised in Hong Kong. He received his higher education at the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, United Kingdom, graduating with first-class honors. Sherman is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Englandand Wales and The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
