Rex is a tax partner in the Financial Services team of PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong specialising in banking and capital markets.
Rex has over 15 years of experience in providing tax consulting and planning services to an extensive range of banking and capital market clients in the Asia Pacific region. He has a wealth of experience in advising corporate and investment banks as well as securities houses on corporate tax issues in relation to transfer pricing, regional cost recharge structures, tax efficient business structures, structured finance projects and mergers and acquisitions. Rex also has extensive experience in providing Hong Kong stamp duty advice on securities transactions, including stock borrowing and lending, and equity and derivative transactions.
As a tax advisor to many major European and US banks, Rex has a depth of industry knowledge with respect to the issues facing major banks today as well current industry practices and trends. |
