    We provide back-office, HR and operational expertise to expand standard financial due diligence reviews to include a holistic evaluation of operations.  We support sourcing initiatives by providing supplier selection services as well as assistance on logistic realignment, general operational cost reductions.  We also team with client teams to execute key post transaction initiatives including company-wide merger integration and entity operational carve-outs.
