Paul Ho is a tax partner of the US Tax Consulting Group. He has over 19 years of experience in providing US tax advisory services to multinational and local clients on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and business start-ups. He also has extensive experience in advising on the US tax issues for investment funds, personal tax and trust planning for high net-worth individuals and structuring US inbound investments for foreign-based companies.
In his role as a tax partner of the US Tax Consulting Group, he is primarily responsible for providing US tax advisory services to multinational and local clients in various industries, including financial services, asset management, manufacturing, real estate, technology, transportation and telecommunications. His clients consist of both private and listed companies as well as hedge funds, private equity funds and property funds.
He received a BBA from the University of Hawaii, an MBA and a Master of Accountancy and Taxation from the University of Houston. He is a US Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Taxation Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. |
