Nick Dignan is a Partner in the Hong Kong tax M&A group and has responsibility for E-business tax services in Hong Kong. He has thirteen years experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers providing international tax-consulting services to a wide variety of multi national organisations. During this time he has worked in the Hong Kong office for a six years where he has specialised in advising on the Hong Kong and regional tax issues and opportunities arising from acquisitions / disposals and corporate restructuring. From an industry focus perspective Nick advises clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors. With the proliferation of E-business in recent years he has also worked on providing tax effective solutions to start ups and traditional "bricks and mortar" businesses transforming themselves for the new economy.
