Matthew is a partner in our Transaction Services group in Shanghai and has been with PwC since 1991. After moving to Hong Kong in 1997, Matthew focused exclusively on transaction work and has advised a wide range of corporate and financial buyers. In 2005, he relocated to Shanghai where in addition to his financial due diligence work he also leads our M&A advisory practice.
His experience includes advising acquirers and vendors in over two hundred and fifty transactions across a broad range of sectors. He leads our financial services, M&A practice in Hong Kong and China and has advised on many ground breaking transactions in this sector. Matthew is also a leading advisor to private equity community and has led our work on many of the high profile deals with which the firm has been involved. |
