Originally from the US, Mark leads the Shanghai performance improvement practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has been working with organisations improving performance for 25 years in both consulting and management roles. He has reviewed accounting and finance, human resources, sales, administration, IT, and operational areas of businesses for performance efficiency, structure, sourcing as well as control. He has been working across Asia Pacific for over 21 years. He understands the critical people and change elements to client businesses having led many large projects with a view to improving performance through changing core processes, operating models, structures, sourcing, etc. Mark has a Bachelor of Science from Montana University and an MBA from New South Wales University in Sydney. |
