Marie-Anne Kong, a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong specialising in the asset management industry. Marie-Anne has extensive experience in all aspects of the asset management industry, including advising on financial and operational due diligence, internal controls, funds start-ups, regulatory and compliance work in this industry.
Marie-Anne advises clients which manage active and passive unit trusts and mutual funds and investment companies, venture capital and private equity funds, distressed debts, hedge funds and property funds. She also works closely with the service providers to the asset management industry such as fund administrators, trustees and custodians and lawyers.
Marie-Anne also chairs the PwC Global Industry Accounting Group for the Asset Management Industry. |
