LS is a partner in the China tax and business advisory group of PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong.
LS has practiced Singapore, Hong Kong and PRC tax consulting for over 19 years. Since 1994, LS has been focusing on providing China tax consulting and business advisory. She has extensive experience advising on private equity funds, real estate funds, real estate investment in China, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and individual income tax planning. LS also assists multinational clients develop strategic business plans for China in light of China's relaxation of foreign investment after its accession to WTO. She is also a specialist on PRC indirect taxes.
LS is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. She has conducted several seminars on Singapore, Hong Kong and PRC tax matters.
