Jim has more than twenty years' experience working with PricewaterhouseCoopers, the last fifteen of which have been spent in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region. He specialises in a range of assurance and related financial due diligence services, and has extensive experience of advising strategic and financial investors on mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
As a member of our Transaction Services team, he has been involved in numerous M&A related assignments around the Asia-Pacific region, including Hong Kong and mainland China, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and India. |
