Jimmy Leung is a certified public accountant with many years of experience in public accountancy. He specialises in the provision of audit, consulting and advisory services to financial institutions including commercial bank, securities and fund managers, investment funds and brokerage companies in China, Hong Kong and Macau.
Jimmy has extensive experience on bank restructuring, capital raising activities, asset carve-out and auditing of the financial statements as well as serving joint venture enterprise in China and assisting clients in joint venture negotiation, accounting due diligence.
Jimmy is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. |
