Jeff Yuan is a partner in transfer pricing team based in PricewaterhouseCoopers Shanghai where he leads over 70 full-time transfer pricing professionals, the largest transfer pricing specialist team in Greater China area.
Benefiting from his previous international tax experience in PricewaterhouseCoopers US, Jeff has been focusing on the transfer pricing area and serving multinational companies (MNCs) located in China. Such experiences include:
- Assisting companies in transfer pricing dispute resolutions;
- Advising and helping MNCs implement and document optimal pricing structures from China/Regional tax perspectives;
- Recommending and preparing cost effective transfer pricing documentation solutions for MNCs across wide range of industries and types of transactions; and
- Assisting in concluding unilateral and bilateral advance pricing agreements (APAs) and competent authority (CA) negotiation. (Jeff has been the key consultant in the first successful unilateral APAs in Beijing and Suzhou, the first successful CA negotiation between China and Japan, the second bilateral APA between the two countries).
Jeff is also a fellow member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the United States. |
