Internal Audit Training 

Our IA group can improve your existing internal audit function through providing internal audit related training.  Training can either be classroom based or on-the-job training.
 
Our approach to training is reflected in the diagram of the training cycle below.  We will consult with you to obtain an in-depth understanding of your internal audit function through discussion with management and key internal audit staff or Strategic Performance / Quality Assurance Reviews, and decide the training needs (stage 1).  By using our experience, we will translate this understanding into an effective training design (stage 2).  Combining this with high quality delivery skills (stage 3) and an appropriate level of post event support (stage 4) means that the solution we provide to you is as effective as possible in meeting the needs of the participants. 
 

• Not aware of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and code of ethics issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
• Junior internal audit staff require skill training.
• Increase effectiveness of an internal audit function.
