Meet Humphrey Choi

Humphrey Choi is a Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Technology, Info-Comms and Entertainment (TICE) practice in Hong Kong.

Humphrey has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than 16 years. Joining the firm in 1987 in Glasgow, Scotland, Humphrey transferred first to UAE, and then in 1992 transferred to Hong Kong.

Humphrey has many years of audit experience, and works with a wide range of international and local clients, many of which are within the technology industry sector. He has extensive experience advising clients on merger and acquisitions, group re-organisations, financial investigations, due diligence, compilation of profit forecasts, and debt and equity issues. He also has considerable experience in helping companies list on the HKSE (Main Board and GEM) and overseas stock exchanges.

Humphrey is an honorary company secretary and director of Life Education Activity Programme.
