Licensing advice and support
We advise our clients on the licensing requirements in Hong Kong, and assist them in applying for the relevant authorisation/license from the regulators, such as compiling the various application documents and addressing the queries from the regulators during the application vetting process.
Regulatory interpretation and advice
We advise our clients on the scope and application of the regulatory framework in Hong Kong, particularly matters of a conduct related nature or pertinent to the regulatory capital requirements.
Regulatory compliance review
We perform both voluntary and regulator-driven compliance reviews for our clients on the adequacy and effectiveness of their internal control systems which are designed to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations. A typical deliverable from such reviews will be a report summarising any gaps/deficiencies identified and our recommendations to enhance the existing control processes and procedures.
Compliance documentation
We assist our clients in preparing/enhancing their compliance policies and documentation, such as prudential reporting manuals and regulatory obligations inventory lists setting out the applicable compliance obligations. |
