The overall outlook for the Engineering and Construction ("E&C") sector is somewhat mixed although it may fare better than many other industry sectors in the Asia Pacific region. Although there are still many business risks to be negotiated for E&C market participants, future prospects are heavily dependent on individual businesses' reliance on public sector or private enterprise.
