Duncan leads the firm's services in the areas of corporate governance and internal audit. He focuses on clients in the banking and capital markets sector and leads teams working on a wide range of risk management and assurance assignments. In his role as internal audit practice leader, Duncan is the engagement partner for numerous internal audit clients and provides advice to clients on setting up audit committees and improving other areas of corporate governance. Issues that Duncan has advised clients on recently in Hong Kong include the implementation of C.2.1 of the SEHK Code on Corporate Governance, effectiveness of audit committees, the use and setting up of remuneration committees and how to improve risk management.
