I am a partner in PwC China and Hong Kong’s Consulting practice with over 15 years’ global experience, specialising in commercial and technology strategy in digital services including social media, mobility, data analytics and cloud services.
My particular focus is on developing business and market strategies to take advantage of multi-channel approaches that maximise digital opportunities. I have held several interim C-Suite positions with our telecoms and media clients, helping them to successfully launch new digital businesses.
I lead many of PwC’s global engagements in mobile commerce across UK, US and Canada, covering mobile advertising, payments, couponing, loyalty and analytics/insight.
Prior to joining PwC, I worked for a major telecommunications firm in the UK as Principal Technology Strategist. I have a Masters and PhD in Engineering.

With over 15 years of experience in delivering sales, marketing and customer analytics transformation initiatives, I have a track record of helping clients leverage customer analytics to deliver desired revenue and customer outcomes.
Prior to this, I was in Australia where I served as director and lead the customer offering for financial services. Before that time, I was the Global Lead for PwC’s Revenue Growth proposition based in London.

I am an associate director in PwC China and Hong Kong’s Consulting practice, with over 15 years of experience in strategic and management consulting, specialising in the digital technology sector.
My particular focus is advising clients on capturing business transformation opportunities through the applications of digital technologies including: cloud, mobility, data analytics, video and social media solutions.
I have led many telecoms and technology consulting engagements in the Asia Pacific region and worked with executives on a trusted advisor basis to help improve profitability through driving new digital services and creating operational efficiencies. My consulting expertise spans across business planning, market-entry analysis, commercial and technical due diligence.
Prior to PwC, I worked for one of the largest technology consulting firms as Director for the Consulting Services. I have a degree in Engineering and Business Administration and am a member of IET, UK and CPA, Australia.

I am an Associate Director in PwC China and Hong Kong’s Consulting practice, responsible for driving all aspects of customer- related consulting services, including but not limited to: customer management target operating model design, in-depth design in customer segmentation, traditional and digital channel integration, marketing campaigns, sales force automation, service improvement, customer data management and CRM functional design.
I have extensive customer management, channel management, operation and IT management experiences. Prior to joining PwC 2 ½ years ago, I had over 16 years of experience leading projects for Wall Street financial services firms, with the last 10 years at a top three US bank where I was responsible for the company's customer-related initiatives.

I am Analytics Consulting Lead at PwC China and Hong Kong, with over 18 years of experience across industries in management and technology consulting. Originally from the PwC US firm, I currently lead the PwC Information and Analytics proposition across China and Hong Kong. I have worked across numerous industries such as insurance, transportation, financial services, and specialise in customer experience, customer/ operational analytics, digital strategy and enterprise architecture.
My previous achievements include predictive analytics for the airline industry, customer analytics in the insurance industry and digital strategy across a number of consumer-focused businesses.
Previously, I led the emerging technologies group within the US Technology Consulting practice and helped clients understand and leverage the power of mobile, social and analytics. Prior to PwC, I spent time in the software industry working with a company that helped form the foundation of the commercial internet.

My previous achievements include customer analytics for insurance, sales forecast from global CP companies and e-commerce strategy across a number of consumer-focused businesses.
I have over 20 years of experience across industries such as management and technology consulting. Previously, I led the technologies group for several multi-national firms in Greater China. I served customers across US, Canada, Japan and Greater China regions. Prior to PwC, I spent time in the software industry and global 500 companies that helped form the foundation of data intelligence.
