Colin has over 29 years of tax experience with PwC, the past fifteen of which have been in Hong Kong. He has extensive practical international, regional and local experience. This includes secondments in both commercial and governmental areas, leading the design and implementation of significant systems and other change management responsibilities. Consequently, he is able to bring an unusually wide commercial as well as technical perspective to his clients. These currently include both the largest MNC's and small local Hong Kong businesses.
Colin has an MA in economics from Cambridge University, is a Fellow of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. In addition to being a regular speaker and writer on tax matters, Colin is the sole author of the well-reviewed external publication "Understanding Tax in Hong Kong".
