Cecilia Lee is a Partner at PwC Hong Kong specialising in transfer pricing. She has over 15 years of experience advising multinationals on transfer pricing matters. In 2006, she joined our China/Hong Kong transfer pricing practice from PwC US. She currently advises clients on transfer pricing matters from both the China and Hong Kong tax and transfer pricing perspectives. Cecilia has served clients in various industries including chemical and industrial manufacturing, engineering services, telecommunications, software, electronics, semiconductor, premium consumer products, retail, real estate and IT consulting. Cecilia's experience includes global structure alignment where she assisted in the development and implementation of tax efficient structures in Asia and Europe. She has successfully assisted our clients in dispute resolution matters with the Chinese Tax Authorities particularly in the area of intangible property transfer and intercompany services. She also advises clients with ongoing transfer pricing disputes with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department. Cecilia's other experience includes cost sharing analyses, intangible property planning, Chinese Tax Authority and IRS TP audit defence, advance pricing agreements, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 reviews and global transfer pricing documentation studies covering tangibles and intangibles transactions. During early 2000, Cecilia completed a tour of duty in the San Jose, California office of the US firm where she advised clients from the e-business sector on intangible property structuring. Cecilia is a frequent speaker at transfer pricing seminars with clients and tax authorities, and has contributed to professional publications. Cecilia holds an MBA from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BBA from University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is a CPA in the US. |
