Tony is the leader of our US Tax Consulting Group which has around 20 professional staff in Hong Kong. He has extensive experience advising clients on US tax issues in structuring M&A transactions, investment funds, cross-border investments into and out of the US, as well as US estates & trusts.
Tony was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to the US many years ago. Tony graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He spent 16 years living in the States and is a US citizen. He had spent 10 years in our San Francisco office before transfer to the Hong Kong office in 1989. He was admitted to the Hong Kong partnership July 1992.
