Adrian Yeung joined PwC as a result of the combination of the Mainland China and Hong Kong practices of PwC with Andersen in July 2002 and he is currently a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Technology, Info-Comms and Entertainment (TICE) practice in Hong Kong.
Adrian has over 15 years of experience in providing advisory services including strategic business advice, due diligence, acquisition and merger integration reviews, financial management services mainly to Mainland China clients. He also has extensive experience in helping companies list on HKSE (Main Board and GEM) and overseas stock exchanges.
He works with a wide range of clients both in Hong Kong and Mainland China and, many of which are in the telecoms, technology and media sectors.
Adrian is a Fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in England and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Adrian speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. |
