PwC’s point of view on culture and assessment/change approach are original and clearly differentiated from competitors, but yet to be fully articulated within the marketplace.

This new point of view seeks to bridge this gap by setting out how FS organisations can actively shape their culture and turn it to their competitive advantage. The object of the paper is to move the debate about culture in FS beyond why culture is important to meet regulatory demands, to a wider discussion on the imperative of cultural change to create a competitive advantage.
